In addition to our in-house lawyers, we collaborate with a trusted network of international law firms. Particularly in Germany and Italy – but also worldwide – we work closely with highly specialized lawyers. This enables us to support our clients even in niche areas while remaining a focused law firm that offers personal and attentive service.
Can you represent me if I live outside Germany or Italy?
Yes. Our lawyers regularly represent international clients who live abroad but face legal issues in Germany or Italy. Most cases can be managed remotely through online meetings, digital document exchange, and international cooperation with local authorities.
Do I need to meet my lawyer in person?
Not necessarily. Many matters can be handled by phone or video conference. Only in certain proceedings – for example, criminal defense cases – is your personal presence required.
How much does a good lawyer cost?
The cost depends on the area of law and the complexity of your case. We work transparently on the basis of hourly rates, framework agreements, or statutory fees (according to the German Lawyers’ Fees Act – RVG – in Germany, and D.M. 55/2014 in Italy).
