Even though we are entitled to represent you before any court throughout Germany (with the exception of the Federal Court of Justice in civil matters – Bundesgerichtshof) and Italy, we are able to arrange for a local colleague if necessary, especially in proceedings before the local courts and in proceedings that don’t regard our areas of expertise. If you do not speak German, English or Italian, we will endeavor to recommend a lawyer to our clients with whom they can communicate in their native language.

Important information on remuneration

Please note that we charge an initial consultation fee of between 159 euros and 318 euros (incl. VAT) for a meeting. You will receive a request for payment in advance, as the fee for the binding booking of a meeting must be paid in advance. If we are able to help you with your matter beyond the initial consultation, you will receive a proposal for action and a cost estimate for our work. If no remuneration agreement is concluded, we work in Germany on the basis of the German Lawyers’ Fees Act (Rechtsanwaltsvergütungsgesetz – RVG). In Italy, instead, we work on the basis of Decreto Ministeriale 55/2014. The remuneration is then determined on the basis of the value of the matter in question.

instead of meeting in person, you also have the option of contacting us by phone, email or video conference. We use Google-Meet among others. Of course, you may also use the contact form on this website to describe your issues and, if necessary, upload documents directly on the site. For online meetings and consultations, the initial consultation fee is 220.00 euros (incl. VAT) for legal advice on Italian real estate law and 99.00 (incl. VAT) euros for legal advice on criminal law and administrative offense.
