What are the costs of our legal services?
Many clients hesitate to seek legal advice because they are concerned about costs or administrative effort. However, the following applies: The earlier a lawyer is consulted, the greater the chances of avoiding legal risks or steering a case in the right direction. Experience shows that legal advice is often less expensive when sought early. This holds true in criminal law as well as in real estate transactions in Italy.
Unless a specific fee arrangement is made, we bill our services in Germany according to the German Act on the Remuneration of Lawyers (RVG). The value of the matter serves as the basis for calculating the legal fees.
For legal services provided in Italy, and unless otherwise agreed, we apply the Italian Ministerial Decree D.M. 55/2014.
In special cases, we also offer transparent hourly rates or flat-fee arrangements. Before starting a mandate, you will receive a realistic estimate of the expected costs.
When should you seek legal services?
You should not wait to consult a lawyer until there is no other option. Often, a lawyer can only limit the damage at that point—even if they are well-versed in the area of law concerned. Usually, early legal advice is worthwhile.
