Criminal tax cases often run parallel to tax audits—and that is exactly where the risk lies: what starts in the “tax procedure” as an explanation or a late submission can become an incriminating statement in the criminal case. We assess the specific allegation early (e.g., tax evasion, input VAT issues, cross-border matters), the evidentiary basis, and whether documents can be used as evidence—especially after searches or data seizures. 
If a correction or a voluntary disclosure is still an option at all, it must be prepared in time, completely, and with a clean tactical approach. We coordinate the defense in a structured way—if you wish, also together with your tax advisors—with the aim of limiting risks, reducing sanctions, and using procedural options as effectively as possible. 

European Arrest Warrants

A European Arrest Warrant can lead to arrest—even unexpectedly, for example at border checks, at the airport, or during a routine inspection. In that moment, hours matter, not weeks: detention issues, surrender/extradition, deadlines, and strategic decisions must be addressed before facts are created.
