Legal advice days in Germany

Seek legal advice at an early stage!

Not everyone who has a legal problem immediately consults a lawyer, although it is actually important to seek legal advice in good time. It is often difficult to find a specialized lawyer in your city. It is not easy for foreign people seeking legal advice to find a good lawyer who speaks their language.

Our lawyers provide advice nationwide!

Are you a company or a private individual looking for a lawyer in Germany in one of our fields of specialization? Our lawyers advise and represent clients nationwide. We speak fluent German, English and Italian. The use of telephone, e-mail and video conferences enables us to represent clients throughout Germany. Even courts are starting to hold court hearings via video conferences. The coronavirus pandemic has triggered a global rethink in this regard, leading to time and cost savings in many cases.

Legal advice in Germany

Our areas of expertise

We are pleased to advise you nationwide in the following areas of law:

  • Criminal law
  • Criminal commercial law
  • Criminal tax law
  • International criminal law
  • International commerce
  • Italian real estate law

Our network

We have branches in Munich and Milan. And for many years we have maintained close cooperation with local lawyers in Düsseldorf, Cologne, Stuttgart, Frankfurt am Main, Berlin, Hanover and Hamburg.

Even though we are entitled to represent you before any court throughout Germany (with the exception of the Federal Court of Justice in civil matters – Bundesgerichtshof) and Italy, we are able to arrange for a local colleague if necessary, especially in proceedings before the local courts and in proceedings that don’t regard our areas of expertise. If you do not speak German, English or Italian, we will endeavor to recommend a lawyer to our clients with whom they can communicate in their native language.

Important information on remuneration

Please note that we charge an initial consultation fee of between 159 euros and 318 euros (incl. VAT) for a meeting. You will receive a request for payment in advance, as the fee for the binding booking of a meeting must be paid in advance. If we are able to help you with your matter beyond the initial consultation, you will receive a proposal for action and a cost estimate for our work. If no remuneration agreement is concluded, we work in Germany on the basis of the German Lawyers’ Fees Act (Rechtsanwaltsvergütungsgesetz – RVG). In Italy, instead, we work on the basis of Decreto Ministeriale 55/2014. The remuneration is then determined on the basis of the value of the matter in question.

Online Advice

Of course, instead of meeting in person, you also have the option of contacting us by phone, email or video conference. We use SkypeWhatsAppZoom, Microsoft Teams, Google-Meet or RED, among others. Of course, you may also use the contact form on this website to describe your issues and, if necessary, upload documents directly on the site. For online meetings and consultations, the initial consultation fee is 199.00 euros (incl. VAT), in place of the 226.10 euros (incl. VAT) provided by law.
